  • Do you offer private tours?

    We provide a range of tour options including private tours, group tours, and we can also combine smaller groups to meet our four-person minimum requirement.

  • How many people can you take?

    Our boats have a minimum capacity of four people and can accommodate up to six. For larger groups, we offer the option to rent both of our boats.

  • What age kids do you take?

    We welcome guests of all ages on our tours. However, we advise extra caution for children under two years old.

  • Do you book smaller parties?

    We are flexible and can accommodate parties of various sizes, including smaller groups.

  • Do you provide snorkel gear?

    We supply snorkel gear for use during the excursion. If you'd like to keep the gear afterwards, we also offer it for purchase.

  • Can you keep shells?

    You're welcome to collect and keep any non-living shells you find during the tour.

  • Are you environmentally friendly?

    Environmental responsibility is important to us. We require the use of reef-friendly, oxybenzone-free sunscreen, and prohibit spray sunscreens on our tours.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel for any reason, we ask you to give us 24 hours' notice so we can fill your spot. We will also refund your money if you canceled appropriately. If there's any bad weather or boat-related issues, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel the trip and refund your money to you.
